My focus

I want to offer my clients an appreciative and safe space in which they feel heard and understood. Looking at things from different perspectives can help them to reflect more clearly on internal and external contexts.

Obstructive patterns can be recognized, interrupted and replaced with beneficial alternatives. Change becomes possible when we start to get to know, understand and accept ourselves better.

What my clients say about me

She is the first therapist with whom I not only feel comfortable but also really welcome and accepted. This has created a therapeutic relationship that has enabled decisive therapeutic progress and several breakthroughs!

With her expertise, her empathic, honest, authentic and open manner, she made me feel safe and enabled me to open up.

Ms Knill manages to give me clarity - with a lot of empathy and humour - and always encourages me to reflect on myself. As a result, I leave each of our discussions feeling invigorated and energised.

Administrative matters

Costs & duration of treatment

An individual therapy session

lasts about 50 minutes and currently costs € 110,

Couples therapy unit

For adults, it is possible to apply for a cost subsidy from the health insurance companies (e.g.: ÖGK: €33.70-, BVAEB: €46.60- and SVS 45,- per unit), for which a confirmation from the general practitioner or specialist is required before the second session at the latest.

For children, you can apply for a cost subsidy from the youth welfare service for both psychological treatment and psychotherapy.

I will have further information and forms ready for you during the initial consultation.

If you have any further questions in advance, please feel free to contact me by phone or e-mail.

Procedure

If you believe that I am the right person for you, you can make an appointment with me by phone or email. During the initial consultation, I will try to get an idea of your situation and ideally we will set a common goal for our collaboration and the further course of the process.

Patients with public health insurance

For people with serious diagnoses and financial difficulties, there is a limited number of therapy places financed by health insurance.
